When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address and any notes you add. We use them only to prepare your order, tell you when it's ready, and contact you about it. The legal basis is performing the contract you ask us to enter.

Our staff, and the services that host this website and send our emails, which process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and you can complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: one that remembers your basket, and one that keeps staff signed in. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so we don't need to ask for your consent.
